Teaching Experience

My teaching experience comes from extensive involvement in MBA-level courses at the Rady School of Management, where I serve as a teaching assistant. I have consistently received an instructor rating of “Excellent.” Across these courses, I have facilitated class discussions, simulations, and experiential exercises in traditional, hybrid, and executive education formats. I also work closely with MBA students to support their learning and provide detailed feedback on assignments.

Leadership Education Experience

I facilitated Harvard’s Everest Simulation—a 5-hour team-based leadership exercise—across executive education sessions for senior leaders of organizations such as American Automobile Association (AAA) and Kura Oncology, Inc., as well as across multiple offerings of UC San Diego’s Essentials of Leadership and Management program for working professionals.

Undergraduate Seminar

I independently developed and led a discussion-based seminar on organizational behavior and research methodology for undergraduate students. The seminar was offered across eight quarters in 2020-23 (approx. 12 students per section) and focused on building students’ skills in evaluating and discussing empirical research. Students completed a final research paper, which I evaluated and provided detailed written feedback on.

Mentorship & Service

Mentorship and service are core to my identity. I enjoy working with students, and I have advised undergraduate students who have published research with me. I also regularly contribute to the field by reviewing research for journals, organizing symposia, and presenting at conferences.
